What is included in the charter price?
All of our charters include a professional crew, fuel, and provisions as described in each package. The Harbor Evening Tour includes drinks and light bites. The Day Charter includes a full Thai seafood lunch and snorkel gear. Multi-day cruises include all meals, provisions, and fuel for the duration. Port fees and any optional excursion costs would be discussed in advance.
How many people can come aboard?
Capacity depends on which vessel is assigned to your charter. We accommodate groups from couples and small families up to larger private parties. When you enquire, let us know your group size and we'll confirm the right fit and any applicable group arrangements.
Where do we depart from?
All charters depart from Bali Hai Pier, Walking Street, South Pattaya, Chon Buri. It's a well-known landmark with parking and easy access from central Pattaya. We'll provide a meeting point and timing when confirming your booking.
What happens if the weather isn't suitable?
Crew safety decisions are always made with passenger welfare in mind. If weather conditions make a planned route or departure unsafe, we'll discuss the options with you — whether that means adjusting the itinerary, rescheduling, or holding at pier until conditions improve. We aim to give as much notice as possible.
Can we choose our own route?
Within each charter type, there's flexibility. The Day Charter route is adjusted based on water clarity and wind direction, and for the Multi-Day Cruise we discuss preferred stops in advance. If you have specific islands or anchorages in mind, mention them when you enquire and we'll see what's possible.
How do I confirm and pay for a charter?
Send us a message or call to check availability for your preferred date. Once we've confirmed the details, we'll send through a booking summary. Payment arrangements — including deposit and balance — are outlined at that stage. We accept Thai baht by bank transfer and commonly used payment methods.
What should we bring on the day?
Sunscreen, a hat, and light, comfortable clothing are the essentials. For day and multi-day charters, swimwear and a change of clothes are worth packing. Towels are available onboard. We'll send a detailed preparation note with your booking confirmation.
